The White Lotus Naturopathic PCOS Program

We understand that those with PCOS have unique nutritional requirements. If you have PCOS and are familiar with its symptoms, this is probably not news to you.  Many of you have struggled to alter your body composition with many different diets and exercise regimens. Conventional treatments often give the simple instructions to, ‘lose 20 lbs’, but things are not that simple for you for reasons we understand and can explain, and we know you are trying!

Even in those with lean PCOS who don’t have significant insulin resistance, diet and supplements can have a huge impact on your symptoms because PCOS involves complex imbalances that affect every system in the body including androgen excess, hormonal regulation, the adrenal glands, the thyroid and environment.

That is why we have established our Toronto Naturopathic PCOS program, designed by Dr. Fiona McCulloch, that is aimed at managing the root causes of hormonal imbalance in PCOS: androgen excess and insulin resistance.  These are the individual application of the pivotal steps outlined in Dr. Fiona’s  book, 8 Steps To Reverse Your PCOS.

There are no fad diets in this program, rather this is a lifestyle program that we are thrilled to help you learn so you can continue to improve your health!

  • There are vegetarian meal plans available.

In addition to this, we coach patients to engage in a modest exercise program, lifestyle modifications and targeted supplementation that is aimed at getting real results.

Every step of the program involves tracking your progress and making sure that you are moving towards your goals!
