I give specific eating tips to help vanquish insulin and leptin resistance so tune in to learn more! Women with PCOS have hormonal imbalances that make it easier to gain weight and more challenging to lose weight. This hormonal imbalance can be changed however, with specific ways of eating that can help to break the patterns that create weight gain.
